Shipping
Which countries are you shipping to?
We currently ship only within the United States of America (all 50 states).
We do not ship to other countries or regions at this time.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery times vary by destination. Below are our typical estimates from dispatch:
fulfillment: 1–2 business days
shipping: 3–9 business days
Potential delays:
During peak seasons (holidays, major sales) or severe weather, deliveries may take longer than the estimates above.
What does the entire process look like?
Customer experience + logistic:
1. You place the order on our site and get an order confirmation email.
2. We pick, pack and hand the parcel to a carrier.
3. Parcel goes into transit.
4. You receive tracking updates (may be sparse while in long‑haul transit).
5. Delivery to your door or pick‑up notification follows.
How do I know my order was submitted successfully?
You’ll receive an order confirmation email at the address you provided during checkout.
When your order ships, we’ll also send a shipping confirmation with tracking details.
If you haven't received an automatic order confirmation email, please contact us as soon as possible for a quick resolution.
Can I change my order items and details after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, we can’t swap the items.
In some cases, we can update order details (address, name, etc).
Please reach out as soon as possible for details on your specific case.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number, along with a link to a webpage where you can track your package.
What do I do if my order goes missing?
Please reach out to our support team for a quick resolution.
Seizures & Customs Duties
Do orders pass through customs?
We currently ship only within the United States, so international customs and import fees do not apply.
However, it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that gel blasters are legal to purchase, own, or operate in their state, county, or city before placing an order. You are responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
Payment
Is it safe to use my card on your site?
Yes — absolutely. We use Shopify Payments, a secure and widely used payment processor.
Payments are transmitted over encrypted connections and Shopify Payments is PCI‑DSS compliant, uses tokenization and fraud‑detection measures, and handles card data so we never store your full card details on our site.
Do you offer a PayPal payment option?
Unfortunately, we don't offer PayPal Payment option.
We stopped accepting it after a rise in fraudulent purchases and long funds-release periods, which significantly decrease the speed of our operations.
