Shipping

Which countries are you shipping to?

We currently ship only within the United States of America (all 50 states).

We do not ship to other countries or regions at this time.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery times vary by destination. Below are our typical estimates from dispatch:

fulfillment: 1–2 business days

shipping: 3–9 business days

Potential delays:
During peak seasons (holidays, major sales) or severe weather, deliveries may take longer than the estimates above.

What does the entire process look like?

Customer experience + logistic:

1. You place the order on our site and get an order confirmation email.

2. We pick, pack and hand the parcel to a carrier.

3. Parcel goes into transit.

4. You receive tracking updates (may be sparse while in long‑haul transit).

5. Delivery to your door or pick‑up notification follows.

How do I know my order was submitted successfully?

You’ll receive an order confirmation email at the address you provided during checkout.
When your order ships, we’ll also send a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

If you haven't received an automatic order confirmation email, please contact us as soon as possible for a quick resolution.

Can I change my order items and details after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, we can’t swap the items.

In some cases, we can update order details (address, name, etc).

Please reach out as soon as possible for details on your specific case.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number, along with a link to a webpage where you can track your package.

What do I do if my order goes missing?

Please reach out to our support team for a quick resolution.

Seizures & Customs Duties

Do orders pass through customs?

We currently ship only within the United States, so international customs and import fees do not apply.

However, it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that gel blasters are legal to purchase, own, or operate in their state, county, or city before placing an order. You are responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

Payment

Is it safe to use my card on your site?

Yes — absolutely. We use Shopify Payments, a secure and widely used payment processor.

Payments are transmitted over encrypted connections and Shopify Payments is PCI‑DSS compliant, uses tokenization and fraud‑detection measures, and handles card data so we never store your full card details on our site.

Do you offer a PayPal payment option?

Unfortunately, we don't offer PayPal Payment option.

We stopped accepting it after a rise in fraudulent purchases and long funds-release periods, which significantly decrease the speed of our operations.

What do I need to know for my first time using a gel blaster?

Gel balls

  • explore the section below (how to prepare gel balls?)

Loading

  • use dedicated magazine/loading port (not ports like in real versions)
  • strain out water before loading to avoid magazine jams

Charging

  • make sure you connect the charging cable correctly to avoid damaging the battery
  • fully charge before first use
  • avoid regularly letting the battery drop below ~10% to prolong lifespan
  • remove the battery when storing the blaster to prevent parasitic drain and extend battery life

Safety & legal

  • ear eye protection
  • attach an orange tip or other required marker when using or transporting the blaster in public if required by local law
How to prepare gel balls?

1. Pour 1 packet (≈10,000 gels) into at least 3-5 L / 0.8-1.3 US Gal of water.

2. Soak minimum for 4 hours; for best expansion soak 6+ hours.

3. Strain out water before loading to avoid magazine jams.

Ideal size: 7.15–7.3 mm (standard). Too-small balls can shorten range or cause misfires.
Water quality: impure water can produce undersized balls — switch to purified water if needed.

Are gel balls toxic?

Gel balls are non-toxic. But we wouldn't recommend any form of ingestion as they swell with liquid can cause internal blockage or injury if ingested in quantity.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I return a product?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging—and you must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

All eligibility details are outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

To request a return, email our support team at contact@unitnine.store with your order number, photographic evidence, and proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) when submitting your request.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send a return shipping address and step‑by‑step instructions. Items returned to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

(We may request photos for damaged items or other verification; refunds or exchanges are processed after we inspect the returned item.)

What to do if I want to change items I received?

You can either start a return process and reorder immediately, or request an exchange by emailing contact@unitnine.store.

Exchanges are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item; replacements depend on stock and any price differences.

Exchanges are safer but take longer; return + immediate reorder is faster but carries the risk that a refund may be denied if the returned item doesn’t meet our Return & Refund Policy.

Do not send items back without prior authorization.

What is the minimum age requirement?

There’s no single global minimum — legal requirements vary by country, state or province.

As a rule of thumb, most countries we ship to set a minimum age of 14 for standard gel blasters and 18+ for higher‑power models.

Do I need a license?

No, you don't need a license for gel blasters.

However, it's important to check your state's current rules and regulations, as they may vary state to state.
